Our Story

Hi, we are Brandon and Esther the husband and wife team and co-founders of Graber Co, a design-to-build construction company based out of Sarasota, Florida. Together we have over 25+ years of combined experience in custom home renovations and new home builds that inspire. Our success has been in building homes that stand strong through every season of life - so our clients can focus on what matters most like planning family vacations.

Our journey into vacation rentals happened quite by accident. After years of flipping for real estate purposes, and hosting our own traveling families, we stumbled upon a home in Sarasota, Florida that was the perfect vacation spot. The location. The pool area. The spacious floorplan. We knew right away this home would thrive as a local vacation rental, and thus our Welcome to Shoreline property began. Recently we have had the opportunity to expand our inventory to include a property on North Captiva Island -- RENTALS COMING SOON.

And after hundreds of 5-star guests, we can say with confidence it has been an honor to host each of them. We love watching our rental homes thrive and be used to their fullest potential, but more importantly we love provide lasting memories to the families that entrust us with their vacations.
